In this the first post of the Knox Hill Save-not-raze: Preservation and opportunities blog we present the Fultz House. This home is a circa 1885-90 Victorian that sits on three lots on Fairmount. Statistical information can be seen on the real estate listing here .

The Fultz house is one of the earlier homes and once sat on much larger tract of land that was subdivided off year ago in fact the house that sits behind it and the garage was once the servants quarters for the main house. This home was in the same family ownership for the last four decades.
